Child Centered Collaboration Series - Course 3: Transition Beyond High School

In Course Three: Transition Beyond High School, participants will review child progress and current needs, identify challenges expected when community-based services are discontinued, develop team strategies to collaboratively support the child during and after discontinuation of services, identify mutual expectations for supporting a student through transition, develop a detailed understanding of team members’ roles, and establish basic procedures for effective collaboration and decision-making among team members.

Child Centered Collaboration Series - Course 2: Continued Collaboration

In Course Two: Continued Collaboration, participants will review child progress, examine effectiveness of strategies for team collaboration, identify current challenges to effective coordination and communication, identify current barriers, and revise strategies for collaboration as needed.
